Constants§

STATE_TRANSITION_VERSIONS_V4: Protocol version 14. Identical to super::v3::STATE_TRANSITION_VERSIONS_V3 except that the address and shielded withdrawal structure rules move to their version 1, which cap core_fee_per_byte and require the withdrawn amount to leave min_withdrawal_amount above the Core fee, since from v14 that fee is carved out of the amount instead of being drawn from the Core credit pool on top of it.
